When will I get my CE certificate?

Upon completion of a live course, your CE certificate is automatically delivered to the email address on your account. 

Upon completion of an on-demand course, you will be able to download directly to your device.

What if I lose a CE certificate?

Don't worry! All earned certificates are available to download in your profile.

Do you have group accounts?

No. All accounts are for individual users. Each member of your office will need their own account to keep track of completed courses and earned CE credits.

What if I miss a live webinar?

That's okay! Unless noted otherwise, live webinars are available as on-demand video courses shortly after they end.
