John K. Zalesky, DMD, MBS, FICOI, FAGD
John K. Zalesky, DMD, received his Master of Biomedical Science degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey School of Biomedical Sciences. He was awarded his DMD degree from the Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine and completed a general practice residency at the Denver Health Medical Center. Dr. Zalesky went on to complete a second year advanced training program as chief resident at the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine general practice residency, concentrating on implants and complex prosthodontic cases. He is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
Currently, Dr. Zalesky divides his time between his comprehensive private practice and teaching part-time as a faculty member at the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine. He is the Immediate Past President of the Colorado Constituent of the Academy of General Dentistry. He now resides as the Executive Director and Treasurer for Region 14 of the Academy of General Dentistry. He is a key opinion leader for Dexis, LLC, DEKA Dental Lasers, Ultradent, Carestream Dental, Kettenbach, and BioHorizons. He is a clinical advisor for AMD and is a speaker for Catapult Education’s Speakers Bureau. He is also consistently listed as one of Colorado’s top dentists by 5280 magazine and was named one of Incisal Edge magazine’s Top 40 Under 40 in 2023.
